Master Terms of Service governing software development engagements, milestone deliverables, intellectual property transfer, and SLA guarantees.
### 1. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon full payment of agreed milestone invoices, Nexura Tech transfers 100% full intellectual property (IP) rights and source code repositories to the client.
### 2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Our custom cloud ERP, CRM, and AI microservice platforms come with sub-40ms speed SLAs and 99.99% cloud server uptime monitoring.
### 3. Payment & Milestone Terms
Projects are executed under defined agile sprint milestones as specified in the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).
