Custom software, web development, and marketing services that you engage Nexura Tech to provide are governed by a separate written Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or other contract signed between us. These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself and supplement (but do not replace) any service-specific agreement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
